CC Me In provides practice-management software for consultants, available at ccmein.com and app.ccmein.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and login credentials when an account is created for you.
• Content you store: client records, jobs, proposals, time entries, invoices and documents you upload while using the application.
• Billing information: subscription billing is handled by Stripe; we store your subscription status, not your card details.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept for security and troubleshooting.

This website sets no cookies

The marketing site you are reading is static and sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The application at app.ccmein.com uses cookies and browser storage strictly for signing you in.

How we use information

We use your information only to provide and support the service, process subscription billing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your practice data for advertising.

Third parties we rely on

• Amazon Web Services (Sydney region) — hosting and storage.
• Stripe — subscription payments.
• Xero — only if you connect your Xero account, to sync invoices you choose to push.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@ccmein.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to make a privacy complaint. If you are unsatisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
