Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
The service
CC Me In is a subscription practice-management service for consulting businesses. These terms are an agreement between your business and CC Me In, and apply from the moment your account is created.
Trials and billing
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; no payment method is required to trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription on one of our published plans, billed monthly in AUD (plus GST) through Stripe. If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only — your data is not deleted, and access is restored when the subscription is reactivated.
Your data
You own the content you store in the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the client information you enter. We take backups and apply industry-standard security controls, but you should keep source records for anything you are legally required to retain.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, to store malicious code, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded — our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
You can cancel any time via the subscription page in the application; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Questions: hello@ccmein.com.
